One of the biggest reasons why I feel The Sopranos is the best tv shows of all time is its unusual psychological and symbolic depth, along with its many unsolved mysteries. One such mystery of the The Sopranos that always confounded me and others comes at the end of the episode, Kennedy and Heidi: Tony Soprano's "I get it" moment. This video is my attempt to answer the question of what exactly ...

In Camelot's last scene is arguably the best, add to that the fact that this episode was rated as one of the worst. Tony distastefully fulfilling the narrative about his herculean dad to his kissass crew, exhaling with Linkin Park's Session playing in the background makes it inarguably the best and most significant

Honestly, I feel that David Chase and the other producers and writers were blessed or touched. The show was greater than what they normally could have come up with. Some spiritual element helped them out. Just my opinion. Part of why I say that is because I've seen other shows that David Chase wrote. They were not even close. A lot of elements came together for these guys in this show-- by luck or by spirit or by God.

This show was so good it still has people speculating about its meaning decades after its release. The only movies that achieve this much committment from an audience are absolute classics, like the Godfather, Goofellas, the Shining and 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Funnily enough, the first song that comes to mind for that "Mother Mary" appearance scene for me is "Fortune Faded" by Red Hot Chilly Pepper. The beginning portion of the song is eerily similar to the guitar beats that play when Paulie faces her.

What Pasolini was afraid for Italian society has now affected the rest of the world. We are now talking about a very tiny amount of individuals are beyond rich. Where laws and justice couldn't touch them. They own the politicians and apparel of the law in the palms of their hands. We are now living in a world where AI can, not only, do the thinking, but can also generate homogeneous shit for us to consume. Where human distinctiveness is predicated on branding. Scary indeed!

And like Enzio, they reveal how pathetic their grasp on power is when they “lash out” in ways similar to the libertines. Given their armies of sycophants, unctuous people, and a myriad of other synonyms, all they reveal in their similar flailing is that they “win” not by the merits of their arguments, but by essentially bribing others to support them.

I remember seeing Threads at school in the early 80s. The threat of nuclear annihilation was very much still on the table. I know it is coming back in these uncertain times but it was 100% real then. We did the drills involving hiding under the desks, which were pretty much pointless. They were just designed to make it look the government had a plan and your best interests at heart, neither of which was or is true. I think they showed it to us to shock us into taking the drill seriously. Nowadays, the school would get into serious trouble for showing it. Some helicopter parent would complain.

'Tuning in, turning off and dropping out'? I think you mean 'turning on, tuning in and dropping out.' 'TURN ON, TUNE IN, DROP OUT.' Get it right if you are going to quote Leary. You turn on with the act of taking the psychedelic. You tune into the energies that are released. In Leary's case in the sixties, he used the Tibetan book of the dead as a guide for tuning in. A manual traditionally used to aid people in death, he viewed the psychedelic experience as a death of the ego, and used the manual to help steer your way into a higher awakened state of consciousness with the help of it. You could also use other religious texts as an aid too. The thing you have to remember about psychedelics are, they open up tremendous suggestibility possibilities, at the same time as suspending your normal state of ego. You can utilise this aspect to it's fullest. That means you sort of engage in a programming type endeavour. Using meditation techniques that don't particularly use the verbal mind and suggestion, whilst under the influence, like Vipassana for instance, are not as effective, in my experience. Conscious Centering with affirmation techniques taken from ancient religious sources declaring your real true nature, like say the Upanishads, or Raja Yoga, work best. With the use of such methods, under the influence, you can have an absolutely full blown spiritually awakened encounter with your true self, your true nature, which will make your previous identity look just like a dream that you woke up out of. This is obviously only a temporary experience which will diminish probably even before the effect of the drug has worn off. But still a tremendously valuable experience to have. Drop out just implies, drop out of the mad collective consumerist unconscious society and find ways to express what you have uncovered. Become a conscious individual being, not a part of the mechanical collective.

He was murdered by Masons for rejecting modernity while at the same time being acquainted with said groups, probably, to reject modernity and it's unholy influence is blasphemous for the sons of the widow. And of course there's also the thing of not tell tales about the sexual rituals of the elits and their depravity. EDIT: The fact that La Magliana was involve even confirms more the theory, La Magliana were the executors in many cases of the Mason lodge of Propaganda Due, they killed a lot of people though they never understood why bc it was comprise under operation Gladius and the whole contact, payment and handleling was done thru the inteligence apparatus of the Italian government. It is thought they also participate in the assassination of Aldo Moro and the mop up operation that follow the Ambrosian Bank scandal
